In 1989 I had graduated from college with a B.S. degree in systems science and had started a career in computer programming.  My interest in computers and music naturally lead to the merging of the two.  I love sequencing and creating arrangements of all kinds of music.  My favorite genre is Christian music including old favorite hymns along with more contemporary praise and worship melodies.

One day in 1996, I was working on an arrangement of a hymn that I was going to use in a church service as an offetory.  As I worked on the piece I began to realize the number of hours I had spent arranging, sequencing, and recording so many of my favorite hymns to share with my home church were really not being used to their fullest potential.  I had recently purchased software that allowed me to score the music I had arranged and print it with professional quality.  Furthermore, I was getting requests for tapes and CDs.  Naturally, I started to put together a business idea.  This business idea became Acclamation Publishing Company.

In the beginning, I was single and had lots of time.  But God had some other plans for me and I found myself married, a father, and moving to a new town for better career opportunites in the IT industry.  Acclamation had to take a back seat.  All these years, Acclamation has always been a dream for me and would rise from the shadows for a project or two and then drift back into the shadows.

Well, now I have some time to put into the project so I am working diligently to revive my business dream.  This time I have some other products and services to share.  With most of my time being spent working in the IT industry building applications for several organizations including banks, insurance companies, mortgage companies, and financial advisors; the focus for Acclamation has taken a little shift towards software development. 

For the past nine years (since 2000), I have been developing my skills in database technologies specializing in SQL Server.  I am currently the senior database administrator for Insurance Administrative Solutions, Inc.  My responsibilities include managing the SQL Server enterprise solution along with developing Windows forms and ASP.NET applications used on the corporate intranet as well as Inernet consumers.

Along with developing solutions for the organizations where I have been employed, I have also developed applications for myself that have been helpful with some more mundane tasks.  The personal applications will be available through this web site.  Hopefully youo will find something you can use.
